DB PAY LTD is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (company number BC1354413) and registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business (MSB registration M22286159).
We operate as an intermediary that connects clients with services delivered through regulated partners. We are not a bank, do not take deposits under the Bank Act (Canada), and balances are not CDIC-insured.
DB PAY and DB Investing operate under separate entities and licenses. Together they form an ecosystem for moving fiat and crypto with transparent fees and institutional controls.
